I lost all my addresses and have written many postcards in nepal but cannot send them! shanaz, ali, tom, alex, zoe, aunty philly, tony, ally m, elin, grandma sheila, claire, emma, nick, rowland,lucy, etc etc etc (if i name and shame some, you might respond i think!)

p.s. am in india now and saw dalai lama yesterday and he smiled and waved at me! He has an unbelievable cheerful smile, (and reminded me a great deal of Chris Chang for those of you that know him).
